Well ecu, I believe Osama was a monster manufactured out of the terror manual of Islam. I believe that you could have spent the last ten years smothering Osama with hugs, love and best wishes and he would still be a terrorist out to kill us infedels. If you can ever bring yourself to realize evil and sin exist then it might open youy eyes to the reality that at times evil must be fought with killing force. Peace and love and groovy man won't change some people and I have no problem in those people who do us harm being taken out. Peace should be our goal but hey I've read the play book. Do you actualy believe Christ would have us open our front door to let a murder in or stand there and do nothing if the murderer is already in your home? Was Christ preaching the love you are? I don't think so. Christ would expect us to stop a killer even if it means killing him. If you walked into a house a saw a man killing a person do use your type of love to stop it. You could try but I wouldn't recommend it. No you stop it even if you have to take a life. A guilty one mind you.

Now what does Jesus actually say (according to the bible)  about resisting an evil person?

Jesus talks about loving enemies (Matt 5:44) and what happens if you 'live by the sword' (in other words to use weapons to kill others .. and that means all of us not just the 'terrorists')

What would Jesus do? I believe he would try and talk with the person doing the wrong - try to make peace, try to calm things down rather than make matters worse.

Lol, I posted a link to a similar video earlier in the thread, there's one that shows the BBC edited version, where someone has video'd their TV with a phone, there is no reference to Osama or his murderer.

Christ did not kill them, he rebuked them, using scripture, you have been asked to provide the same, but haven't.

Can you admit that the bigger mesasaage of Christ is that you should love your enemies, and those who persecute you, that if your emeny hits one cheek, you should offer the other, give peace in response to violence.  jesus was one of the many who realised that a violent response escalates.  Peace gives both sides a way out.  That is the biggesr admission that Christ would like, I'm sure.
