listening to the ghastly gratuitous twaddle that's come from the mouth of Obama seems he has become president of ireland and now britain.... do we want him? in what way would  it help our hapless situation...? do we prefer the idea of president of the US empire?i think there is much to gain for the US taking us over
 what would we gain from becoming a US federal state?

what would we lose?

 i guess as a gesture of goodwill we could give him Northern ireland for starters....
