oil is meant to be from the remains of decaying plants and animals isn't it - so not sure, maybe its Earth magic?

- perhaps it was meant to be 'does' and not 'dose' - unless you were being really clever and it has somehow gone right over my head ..

The Ruskies drill a lot deeper for oil, so they could be tapping into a different source of oil, as fossil fuel oil found in most parts of the earth would not form at such great depths. up to 5 miles deep.
