Yeah I can understand that. When I was about to have a C section, I was asked to read and sign some papers. Thing was that I was so tired from having been up most of the night with contractions, I just gave the papers to hubby to read and sign. As long as they get a signature all would seem to be in order.

Because of the targets set by Government, staff do not want the patient's death to be recorded against their ward's figures, so ignore any 'DNR' notes, revive them, and then pass them to another ward.
