the probs i was having was that 'oh uh too many posts' message and finding that i was not logged out at all.....

We've all been suffering from the annoying Oh Uh page of death I'm afraid.
It's difficult to do anything when the server is busy, even logging out.
They are working on the problem, which was caused by a network attack earlier in the month.

cos i share computers with friends and strangers AND have time limits with computers that most of the time don't scrap sites automatically (which is cool for when you inadverta ntly haven't finished or logged out) ... i prefer to be able to log out  especially whennn...

I can appreciate your concerns ecu, if it continues even when the forum looks like it's running fine then holla again and I'll look into it.

what no limit on modifying posts!? would it be possible to introduce
something like that.... cos i can foresee problems .... like folks changing posts after they have said something praiseworthy or reprehensible.... it kindov confuses discussions... anyhow that's what i think

We can bring limits in if you all like, but as with anything resembling moderation it must go to a vote, so please go ahead and set up a poll thread.

I'm only here to help folk out and do the maintenance on the forum ect, ya see.
