haha!

sadly the NHS is looking a bit sickly perhaps there should be high street banks in the hospitals.... which is one way and another going to happen... something that i was not happy about when new labour introduced private finance initiatives... and now the tories are milking it for all they are worth .... i didn't agree with it then and i don't agree with it now
