what do we make of this.....   reforms cutting budgets for deprived areas while richer areas have a sudden abundance of riches...  is this just a bit of people being pissed off for entirely the wrong reasons or does this reflect an all too memorable agenda of administrations gone by? is it reballancing the books ... or shoudl the immobilised poor be transported to the wealthier areas ....   i guess on the er fiscal brightside.... a dramatic fall in prognosis for the deprived poor could cut gov payouts AND liberate social housing! maybe even for the rich to buy out!
