hmm... anyone here think the whole jobcentre thing has been a waste of space?

what do people think of the plans that pay the companies only if they successfully get folks back to work ?   like who is gonna take this on in areas where there is little employment?

how is this gonna actually help folks to get work?

what would you do differently?

clearly they will try to 'cherry-pick' - but if the contract is properly worded the reward for results in the more difficult areas will be enough encouragement  for them to be MORE attractive...
