Academic results - one proud dad!
« on: June 26, 2011, 08:59:54 »
In this academic year our No1 child got a distinction in her MA at Cardiff and No 2 has just got a First at Cambridge in his first degree which means he gets funding for another year for an MPhill. (The MA should have been in last academic year but was a bit delayed so came in this one - a good year!)
Anyone else got something to declare?

Congrats to both your students, Andrew, not to mention congrats to you and the Rev Mrs.

Congratulations to your children Andrew. :)

It is great when our kids do well. :) Our three daughters have degrees. The eldest, a vicar, is doing her Ph.D in theology, even then she will still have one less degree than her Dad who has four!

Well done Jan's daughter.  Hope I never need to meet her in her professional capacity!!

Well done to your daughter Jan! - and unlike Andy I hope that if I need a barrister I DO come across her in a professional capacity - on my side!

hopefully this will not happen - though I have needed a barrister in the past... - and of course I have every hope that No 1 son will (in due course!) be in a position to deal with such an eventuality!)(
