http://www.wdm.org.uk/climate-debt-campaign/loan-sharksit has long bothered me that the issue of human generated or enhanced climate change from the seats of economic and industrial power causes affliction on those least able to escape and least able to fend for themselves... so reading the latest scam from the freeworld leaves me quietly well.....
poor countries are being offered loans to deal with the stresses caused by climate change..... so not only do poor countries have little say in what is happening to them they are offered the opportunity to get further into debt in return....
ok what should morally and responsibly happen then .... and since we are in a state of 'good money' after bad ... surely in the current economic climate we should be looking at other options .... but what?
