Revival Fires

i seem to get followed about by the Great Welsh Revival which as you know is really more than one but only Evan Roberts counts! or something like that if one pays attention to enthusiasts on the subject..   recently saw a couple of those documentaries one exclusively on the welsh revival and another one on the orkney revival and the like...  Great British Revivals or somehow well maybe i was just not in the right mood!... i don't get the thrill of folks falling down confessing theri sins ... i DO get the thrill of folks being Amazingly and Lovingly Touched and Handled and Set Free by GOD.. however GOD wants to do it!

i confess that ... dunno if it's something distracting about so many christians who say oh yes! to revival much like they say oh yes! to a new range in tescos or something.... or am i just blotting all that stuff out?

so ok let's be havin yer... where are you at on revival fires...?
 ever been in one?
ever visited somewhere cos of the when and where onceuponatime?
passionate?not bothered?can't think of anything less worth praying for?

is GOD and all that outpouring...  that time and place feature is that all a bit overwhelming to think about... if we knew what would happen would we want to be a part of that? would we get to be  a part of that? are we really impatient cos we understand what to expect? are we bowled over by the faroutness of the experiences we read about or even see?
