Last week I took it to my computer man and had XP reinstalled but the problem I had last night was what was happening previously.
Me no understand
If you had XP completely reinstalled from scratch, as opposed to installed as a repair of the existing XP, and the problem has persisted, then I'd strongly suspect that a hardware fault is causing your problem, and I doubt that it is related to your memory stick.
Hi Martin,
Yes, XP has been reinstalled from scratch and I am experienced the same problem as before. When you say a "hardware fault" do you mean the hard drive as that is now the only piece of hardware I have on the computer. Since it crashed last night I haven't bothered to try and load the drivers for my printers, because previously every time I tried to load the printer drivers the computer really went gaggar.
Could my computer man's copy of XP be faulty?
