It is outdated now though for this day and age (IMO) as faith/belief should be a personal thing, (not something one is forced to believe) - with no discrimination, as there should not be discrimination over gender.
What do you mean by a 'personal thing', Jan? Are you suggesting that no-one should be allowed to indicate in any external way that they adhere to a particular belief system?

If you read what I put, I did say that it should not be something one is forced to believe. To have a religion/belief/faith/no faith ... for
any of us is a personal thing - and that is whether we choose to indicate in any external way or not that we 'adhere' to a particular belief system. Would any of us want to be told what to believe or what not to believe - I think not - then why should a Monarch be 'told' or be 'expected' to conform to something they may not feel is right for them?
