We received a 'customer feedback survey' from the Lancashire Family Information Service - to our home address but in the name of someone else (a woman). Hubby contacted them to let them know that they either have the wrong address for the person, or someone is using our address when they shouldn't be. Anyway - the matter was supposed to have been dealt with (or so we thought). Then we received the same survey again - this time addressed to my hubby (with same case ref no as for the mystery woman). I am starting to wonder if there is something he is not telling me (lol) - though seriously - it looks like his call to them was a complete waste of time. Obviously they really payed attention to his call didn't they ....
