I hope to goodness Obama gets in again, the Republicans are VERY bad news. especially as right wing Christian fundamentalism plays a big part in their politics.  The world would be a more dangerous place with that lot in power.
Whilst agreeing with the comment about right-wing fundamentalism (though one could question their self-definition as Christian) my concern about Obama (and every President since I can remember) is that he has been extremely divisive.  I believe that the Medicare idea is very important, but every time it has been introduced to the Hill, it has been done in such a way as to allow it to be ridiculed and attacked by its opponents, rather than as a positive and valuable development; reminiscent of the way that the Poll Tax was introduced here in the early 80s, the principle of which (everyone puts something into the pot) was very good.

Have you visited the Garw Valley Railway yet?
