hmm Tg and Jan... i do have a question for you... was there anything that surprised you about the experience?
GOD BLESS!
Peace and Love,
I was having a past life regression - and to be honest, I was not entirely sure if I had 'gone under' or not. I felt quite relaxed but in control. The person doing the hypnosis seemed quite certain that I had been under hypnosis but then again she would say that - or I would have wanted my money back
What surprised me was that I expected it to be more of a visual thing - to actually have felt that my mind had been transported to a past life, and to be able to describe things in detail - like I was actually 'there'. I could not do this. I was hoping to retrieve info so I could perhaps go and do further research - but this did not happen for me.
My hubby was also regressed. He came out with some info on a person he was meant to 'be' but when we checked on it later - the dates were all wrong, so he believes he made it all up and he hadn't been 'put under' either.
The place where the hypnosis was being done wasn't exactly ideal though - in a building shared with other businesses - lots of noise - people on phones etc, causing distractions . It would have been better in some place quiet.
After mine & hubby's experience it is difficult to imagine anyone being so 'out of it' that they do stupid stuff in the name of entertainment.
thanks Jan for these accounts (and floopowder too)... it seems weird that they did not find a quiet location though i guess hypnosis on stage must be quite frenetic....
did it change your lives?
GOD BLESS!
Peace and Love,
someone who had had hypnosis for a condition that actually was reported to have vanished... was telling of theri experience.. they came up with a strange detail which was about an ideal view of themselves.... which had surprised them ... i asked if that was what they saw as an ideal view they answered no.... i pondered that it may have indeed been an ideal view of sorts of the hypnotist which is why i certainly feel some suspicion to confidence in the authenticity of the process... without actually coming up with any alternatives for some of the described phenomena that come into the media...
