News International is the answer to your final question, and if that folds up News Corp.
But as to your first one - the end of what? - nothing much except for the existence of a particularly sleazy tabloid paper and a lot of livelihoods of people who had nothing to do with the scandal. The hacking will continue until the law is strengthened - and actually enforced, and it will continue in all papers, not just NotW and/or Sun. Journo's have been intruding into private lives for as long as there heave been journo's and will continue to do so - it is just a question of the methods they are currently using.....
