Jan, I realise this: I was simply trying to work out how many directors would equate to - say - 100 'foot soldiers'.  Remembering that the bank is heavily owned by the public of this country (80%?) I think the public could actually have quite an impact on any decisions of we were to work together - under the auspices of a group such as Avaaz or the like.

Oh whoops - there I go again  Apologies if my comment came across as patronizing Andy - that question about the directors was meant to be rhetorical. I actually agree with you on the directors & foot soldiers thing.  And yes really the public should have some imput
