foot soldiers first to go - directors traditionally don't vote for themselves to lose their jobs. Directors are the ones that make the decisions aren't they?

Jan, I realise this: I was simply trying to work out how many directors would equate to - say - 100 'foot soldiers'.  Remembering that the bank is heavily owned by the public of this country (80%?) I think the public could actually have quite an impact on any decisions of we were to work together - under the auspices of a group such as Avaaz or the like.
