I have noticed in the past getting a headache when over head power cables are in the vicinity. Can't say if appliances contribute (or not) to the causes of my headaches.

Regarding radiation - well we are constantly being bombarded by it - from our own star to the gamma radiation coming from the crab nebula neutron star (though most of the gamma radiation is absorbed before it reaches our planets surface - thankfully). Also we each have our own EM field around us as our bodies  are comprised of electrons and protons.

Sometimes we are in the danger of worrying too much about stuff - instead of getting on with life
