I have two friends whose parents are both in homes due to them suffering from Dementia. One friend's mum is well cared for and A is happy with how her mum is treated. T on the other hand has had to move his dad twice in the past year because of treatment in homes...and each time he's reported the treatment to both the Management of the home in question and to the authorities!
Very difficult to watch Panorama - horrific that such things happen and I really admire the undercover journalist who managed to keep his cover in such circumstances!
