Didn't see last night's Panorama, but listened to the report - with horror - on this morning's BBC Breakfast.  I wonder just how widespread this is across the 'industry'.

I saw Panorama last night and I would hope that abuse like that it is not widespread. Four of the staff have been arrested already, I'm sure more will follow.
CQC failed miserably in this case, they are normally very good to be fair.
