it is a bit of a fine line at times how one goes about things... and certainly if a patient/client etc brought stuff up you can hardly ignore that on the contrary one can glean some important info and insights into the patient's natural state of health well being and mind as well as social milieu... like for instance is the religious milieu contributing to a client's state of stress or anxiety etc....
how when fares when one feels boldly prompted and oops out it goes before one has had a thought for what one was going to say well GOD Papa knows best...
as for should one expect the religious chat if one goes to a practice marked MD then me is not so sure that is a good thing... though if Papa knows best as opposed to i know what i need to tell you cos that is what my church expects of me then Papa is well in control! wjhich Papa always is
i would hope that the distinction especially in terms of the patient's healthcare would come to light and one hopes accordingly that the GMC will deal with that
