The Doctors motive would have only been that of helping the patient (I can't see where the 'exploitation' comes into this) and the discussion was 'consensual' after all, and within a Christian Orientated Practice - so one wonders what is really going on here? Also the complaint wasn't made by the patient (who continued to be a patient at the practice), but by the patients mother.

sounds like the mum is the one who needs an Encounter with Jesus
