and the Ugandan Parliament is due to vote on it within a matter of hours.  Avaaz has reopoened the campaign - please sign it and help push it towards 1 million signatures.

why so late?

i did wonder about whether or not you should try your new friends of the tory party ... last time unka ton had his ore in but hey they really wanted to listen to him! what with rather alot of turmoil goin on in Africa in the middle... and Uganda having riots of its own got anything to do with gay values? probs not but everyting to do with democracy and the status f the oppositon maybe they are just tryin to work out a new way to eliminate the opposition and they luvv gays really...
